This bronze Sabertooth Tiger is the maquette for the monument Doug created in double life-size, originally commissioned by Carl Ross fro his Safari Business Park in Ontario, California. Doug was provided with research from actual finds by George Page of the La Brea Tar Pit Museum in Los Angeles. (See Monuments)
