This monument of two champions was commissioned by Kenneth Hill for his Hacienda Colima Quarterhorse Ranch: the horse, Mr. Peponita Flo, and rider, Matlock Rose, the holder of the most national and world titles in the field. This monument was unveiled in Fort Worth, Texas, at the 1998 NCHA World Championship Futurity.
